What is Capping Machine and Why it is required?
Capping Machines, Tighteners are used for Sealing the filled bottles, Containers, Vials, Jars and related . Caps are devices that are used to close off a container. Caps prevent product leakage, product contamination, to extend a product’s shelf life, and prevent tampering.
The different type of products that are packaged and the containers that they fill are different in nature so there are large number of processes, techniques and machines are used for sealing.

Capping Head

It is made from self-lubricating Nylon and is surprisingly strong.

SEMI AUTOMATIC CAPPING MACHINE :

Bottles have to place manually in to the Bottle Stand. Start Button need to give for crimping the bottle. Crimping Head will come Down For Sealing. Up & Down Movement will be there. Foot Operated system can be given.

CAPPING MACHINE OPERATION:
The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an in-feed star wheel, bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the rotating head pickup a cap from the cap star wheel which is receiving from delivery chute of cap filling bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of sealing, rotating head is design to seal container according to pre-set torque.

AUTOMATIC INDUCTION CAP SEALING MACHINE:
