Lotion Filing Machine

Lotion is cosmetic and medical product. It is external application for Human and Animal.  MPM provides flexible design to handle different characteristics of lotions.

Lotions are generally free flow but sometimes the liquid is thick which need to be sucked. Some lotions loss their viscosity while temperatures change and it becomes so slurry. There are requirement of different types of Filling technology, syringes, pumps, hopper, nozzles and holding assembly to handle varieties of liquid and different shaped bottles from 5 ml to 5 ltr pack sizes.

There round, oval, flat, square or special shaped glass or plastic bottles and varieties of plastic caps to pack the lotion. Bottles are labeled with paper sticker or transparent sticker and coded by printer. The printer prints date of manufacturing, expiry date, MRP, Code and many more as per requirement. The label application may round wrap, double side, four side, top side or temper proof, neck lock, hologram type.

MPM provides complete line of which includes Turn table + Filling Machine + Capping Machine + Induction Sealing Machine + Labeling Machine / Shrink tunnel + Packing Conveyor + Bundle Packing Machine. All or some of machines can be synchronized with each other to make a complete line.

There are verities of bottles and caps in cosmetic industry so semi automatic machines are preferred by users to avoid change parts and bottle holding assemblies. Some times one lotion fragrance transmit into another batch or type of lotion after filling though machine is cleaned very thoroughly. In this case semi automatic units are most suitable.
