Lubricant Oil Filling Machine
This is the era of Automobile. It is growing demand of high performance vehicles and engine oils are used to inhibit corrosion, wear & tear and reduce friction in engines of vehicles and it provides superior performance by maximizing oxidation resistance. With a majority of big engines run on diesel, there is growing demand for engine oils which is also called lubricant oil or motor oil. Base oil from the source of petroleum with combination of additives which gives lubrication which is most essential part for engines.
Some oils are high viscous and some are normal one. Machpack offers the machines suitable to all type of lubricant oil and all types of bottles, containers and cans.
There are various types of machine models as per required production output, budget, and varieties of products. Lube oil is commonly packed into range of 50 ml to 5 Ltr Bottles and buckets of 10 ltrs to 20 ltrs. Engine bottles are sealed with induction sealing and screw capping. Nowadays spout caps are in trend. Bottles are labeled by stickers as per their brand and design. Some times shrink labels are also applied. The label application may round wrap, double side, four side, top side or temper proof, neck lock, hologram type. The printer prints date of manufacturing, expiry date, MRP and coding.
