Pharmaceutical Syrup Filling
The characteristic of pharmaceutical products may be free-flow, viscous, slurry, high density, sticky in nature. It get packed into 2 ml to 1000 ml of packing size in round, flat or some special shaped bottles. The enclosures are of Aluminium or Plastic which is called ROPP capping or Screw capping consequently. The label application may be gum or sticker or shrink types.
Pharmaceutical packaging contains complete line Turn Table + Filling + Capping + Cup Placement + Inspection table + Labeling + Packing conveyor + Bundle Packing Machines. Some procure complete line and some procure only required machines as per their minimum need. All machines are synchronized with each other.
